Hello. I'm Joel.

 

When to the streets of my home city of London, I see ever-changing design and function of our transport systems. From the redevelopment of old Tube stations, to the evolvement of new transport systems like Emirates Cable Car, the city is diversifying at a rapid rate.

Being that most of this diversification and modernisation has commenced during my lifetime, it has shown me how systems of design have adapted to the use of new technology.



From this, I have produced projects based on looking towards the future and more specifically aiming to tackle the balances between aerodynamics, aesthtics and identity. This comes into funtional design along with sculptural design.



Having opportunities to work in 3D, creating sculptures and models of my CAD designs has been reveloutionary for me simply because I have been able to identify myself artisicly.
